CJSC Scientific production association "Ukrainian Research and Development institute of berry and fruit wine-making" is one of the secondary wine-making Ukrainian enterprises situated on the base of SE "Dnepropetrovsk experimental winery", which was reactivated in 1937.

Closed Company "Institute of wine-making" was created in 1999 on the base of winery. It pays spetial attention to productive effeciency and output production quality. The enterprise uses both native traditional modern tehnologies and the latest achivements of native science and technics; receptin, mixing, storing, processing of wine goods and its bottling is made.The best wine grapes from the Crimea (the agricultural company "Tavriya"), Nikolaev and Odessa regions are used in wine-making. One of the most important features of our enterprise is expertal compounding technology.

Enterprise production finds response on the domestic market. During the TM elaboration process only researches of consumers advantages, who like natural grape wines, limpid bottles, bright label and unussual design were used. Steady sale growth force justifies that all consumer preferences were taken into account.

The enterprise is certified and has the licence of wine production.

Production is certified and meets the requirements of UkrSEPRO system. Production passes through the control in inspection departments and test laboratories of SE Dneprostandarttekhnologiya in Dnepropetrovsk.

Every product name has the corresponding developed technological instruction, approved acording to normative documentation requirments.

All the product range is patented.

The institute systematically takes part in regional, national and foreign competitions and exibitions.
