Center of Certification & Quality Control of Object's Construction of Oil & Gas Complex, State Enterprise

The center of certification is a government enterprise subordinated to the State Department of Technical Safety, Labour Protection and Mining Supervision of the Ministry of Emergencies of Ukraine.

Main directions of activity:
- certification in the UkrSEPRO system of products, building activity (building works), quality management systems; engineering-technical personnel for building objects of oil and gas complex;
- examination of projects of building, repair and reconstruction; issuing of conclusions of examination for obtaining permissions and concordance of projects of normative documents, technical provisions of Ukraine, design and technological documentation; certification and diagnostic with prolonging service operation of objects and equipment of hazardous occupancies (vessels, shipment equipment, technological equipment and others); a
- attestation of specialists for non-destructive testing control, welders, test laboratories;
- technical supervision of the third party by building of objects of oil and gas complex; control of works quality;
- passport system, diagnostics, test of products and other services for confirmation of accordance of the technical state and industrial risk of buildings and equipment.
