Our company "Express Line" is located in Izmail, Ukraine and exists already for over 6 years. The main activity of our company is crewing. We are successfully cooperating with foreign shipping companies, providing them with the Ukrainian seamen for their vessels. We are in constant process of searching good partners and good seamen of all ranks not only in our country but all over the world. Regarding our seafarers - they are competent and have a perfect experience on different types of vessels and in different shipping companies. Most of our marine specialists have good knowledge of English and ISM Code and have a perfect international crew experience.
