DAIRY INDUSTRY journal has been published since 2002. In January 2003 it was registered with Higher Certification Commission - higher scientific authority of Ukraine.

Editorial Board represents well known dairy industry professionals, as well as scientific and research workers, specialists in veterinary, milk quality, food safety and quality, economy, finance and marketing.

Prof. O.Chagarovsky, the Secretary of the National committee of Ukraine in the International Dairy Federation (IDF), is at scientific supervision of the journal.

DAIRY INDUSTRY highlights the whole scope of dairy industry events and achievements bringing to readers information on the new technologies and scientific developments both in Ukraine and abroad. We cover all the links in production chain - from milking to dairy production.

We publish materials on ingredients, advanced technologies and equipment, present comments of specialists on food safety, information about the tendencies in dairy products consumption and other. We give the floor for discussion on the problems of dairy industry personnel qualification and trainings.
