All-Ukrainian lawyer association ''ALYANS'' was created in February 2000. It consists by 14 lawyers and jurists, 12 accountants and auditors.

Scope of activity:
- legal suppoting of some prodjects;
- juridical analysis and audit calculation of client activity realization in Ukraine;
- registration enterprises and organizations by all property forms on the territory of Ukraine;
- juridical negotiations accompaniment;
- appeal of unlegal actions tax agencies;
- compounding and legal examination of economic and labour treaties, contracts, agreement ( also foreign economic );
- analitical work with legislation in Ukraine;
- lawyer services;
- services granting of intellectual property rights registration on symbols for goods and services;
