Closed Joint-Stock Company «Teplovodenergiya» is the single company in Ukraine rendering services in heating water supply and water disposal and producing electric energy. In 2002 with the purpose of stabilizing production, economic improvement, organization of the tariff system and taking into account one direction of activity of two communal enterprises of the city, it was incorporated «Kamyanets-Podilskteplokomunenergo» and CE «Vodokanal» as experiment by permission of the State Committee for Public Utilities of Ukraine and new company was created.
