The interindustry scientific production enterprise Aris Ltd was created in 1992 as a company which fulfilled supplies and assembly of equipment for the produce processing and food industry.

Bakeries and mills, milk and meat processing miniplants, plant oil production complexes, macaroni factories and many other units mounted by us have been operating till nowadays in different parts of Ukraine.

From 1997 the company concentrates its activities in the area of supply and sale of packing materials and equipment for packing. The quality of our products has ever been the main criteria of the selection of imported materials. Famous European companies such as "DEKOFILM", "ROTOPACK", "KRAM", "PERMAPACK", "CRYOVAC" became our partners. The quality of products and the high level of service proposed by our company let us attract the broad circle of clients. The Kharkiv-based corporation Biskvit-Shokolad ("Biscuit-Chocolate"), Craft Jacobs Ukraine, the Poltava confectionery plant, Tehnokom Corporation LTD (TM Mivina), Saltovskiy and Sloboschanskiy bread-baking plants, trade shops Rost, Target, Klass and the printeries Brisk and Folio+ are among them.

In 2004 the decision to open domestic manufacture was taken and the first line for the production of packing bags was bought.

The company’s activities were aimed at the development of production during the next three years. The technology was improved, new equipment was bought and the quality of products was made better.

The ISPE Aris today is a rapidly developing enterprise with monthly output of more than 5000000 bags and five modern production lines. We produce packing for the widely famous trade marks such as "Mivina", "Zolotoe Runo", "Morskie", "Veselyi Rodzher", "Rost", "Saltovhleb", "Argo-trade", "Volchanskie kolbasy".

The range of produced products includes transparent bags and bags with pictures, vacuum bags from barrier materials and bags for the different kinds of cheese, packaging for tea and coffee, bags for snacks and confectioner's products. We produce polypropylene bags with eurocarving for the handy bracket specially for the packing of manufactured products and stationery.

We plan to mount and launch a gravure printing press and a lamination line in order to develop our enterprise. It was finished the projecting of the new plant which we are going to start building in 2008.
