Silver Centre is a Ukrainian development group operating on the commercial real estate market since 1997. The Company has its representative offices in Kharkiv and Lviv.

Company's main business areas are:
- Commercial real estate building and management;
- Company owned land sale:
- with target use enabling to site industrial, commercial and residential objects;
- plots area varying from 1 to 100 ha;
- adjoining highways of European value;
- with railway lines laid along land plots borders;
- technical conditions for utilities connection.
- Land plot search by client's request;
- Land management works:
- working out land management projects on land plot allocation;
- working out land management technical documentation for land title documents issuance;
- drawing out technical documentation on land survey for land plot boundaries ranging in kind (in the field).
- Carrying out geodetic and topographic survey;
- Working out and approval of design and engineering documentation for commercial real estate construction;
- Assisting customer in obtaining documents needed for a construction permit;
- Project management at all project stages.

Silver Centre implements and manages projects on siting of logistic parks, industrial and commercial use facilities with a total area above 1 million square meters.
