Attorneys at law POLEX started in 2008 as a result of consolidation of law office "V.Polatai and Co" and group of lawyers specialising on questions of bankruptcy and restoration of solvency of the debtor headed by Vladimir Kapustin.

In 2009 POLEX opened office in Kyiv headed by Poljakov Pavel.
