Ukrprommash Ltd was founded in 1999. During all the years of existence the main activity is to provide different industries (mining, railways, etc.) with accessory equipment and corresponding spare parts and materials.

Within the time of its existence our company mastered new activities: real estate, timber and lumber .

In July, 2007 our company has invested funds in JSC "Berislav machine-building plant" and become its main shareholder. JSC "Berislav machine-building plant" produces accessory equipment and spare parts for marine, railway, stationary and tractor engines manufactured in Ukraine and CIS countries.
