OSCAR Production Group is one of the leading manufacturers of high-tech seamless tubular products (tubes and pipes) of titanium alloys, nickel alloys and stainless steel. The enterprise works on technology of cold deformation (cold rolling and cold drawing) and hot extrusion.

Since its putting in operation in 1976 the enterprise is specializing in the manufacturing of seamless cold drawn tubes for nuclear-power engineering, aircraft and rocket building, shipbuilding and defense industry. It is also manufacturing the products for general purpose operation requirements.
