ITT Lex is a law firm specialising in legal support of complex and innovative business projects in Ukraine.

The first thing that we offer to our clients is a team of professionals with remarkable and sometimes unique experience in selected fields of legal practice.

The core team of our lawyers came from the ranks of legal department of ITT Group, an investment and holding company operating in Ukrainian market since 1995. Following our ambition to extend our legal services to a wider audience of Ukrainian and foreign clients, we formed an independent legal practice in the year 2010, preserving, however, our cooperation with ITT Group, now as a trusted legal counsel in complex matters. The origins of our firm provide us with a deeper understanding of our clients’ needs and expectations, particularly in the turbulent and ever-changing world of Ukrainian investment, financing, and securities market.

Our recent clientele also includes companies from rapidly developing sectors of telecommunication, information technology and electronic commerce.

We understand that a proper legal advice is a necessary, but not the only component of the art of doing business in Ukraine. Accordingly, we put every effort to ensure our clients’ compliance with the local laws and regulations while keeping their business interests satisfied at the same time.
