The research center "КVAZAR" was created in 1990 as the experimental base of the Ukrainian Division of the International Scientific Culture Center – the World Laboratory. In August 1995 the center was re-registered into RC "КVAZAR" LTD.

The company specializes in development and fabrication of telecommunications equipment and systems.

Over its existence, RC "KVAZAR" has conducted fundamental research to the order of the NАS of Ukraine and developed telecommunications projects for other customers.
