Victoria Feliz independently performs the project development and surveying, without the involvement of the other organizations.

The Project Department of the company collects the initial data, performs engineering survey, design and coordination of project documentation, and obtains permits for construction and commissioning.

Today, the construction of FOCL is the priority of the development of information systems in Ukraine.

The complexity and high adaptability of this process requires the use of modern technologies of laying, installation and measuring the cable lines.

Compliance with the processing is ensured by the company’s Operations, Technical and Estimate Departments that daily monitor every construction project, perform engineering and technical support of facilities, control the quality of construction, provide interaction with customers, and conduct legalization of newly built networks and communications.
