For the purposes of achieving highest services provision level in our Agency we have 2 departments:

registration of the intellectual property items department:
- performs all registration activities from patent search to obtaining title of protection
Department is headed by the patent agent with solid practical experience

legal department:
- provides all-inclusive legal services to the companies;
- provides legal opinions, consultancy services, recommendations on the protection, safeguarding, commercialization of the intellectual property items and taxation of the transactions with the intellectual property items;
- prepares all kinds of agreements related to the intellectual property items;
- represents the clients' interests in the courts, Anti-monopoly Committee, law enforcement agencies, customs and other state authorities
Department employs patent agents, attorneys and lawyers.
