Research-and-production plant "Khartron - PLANT" participates in a large projects according to its traditional subjects - manufacturing of the control systems in rocket and space engineering field, and also nuclear power station and different power energy objects.

High professional skills of the staff allows to execute the orders worked out according the technical documentation of the Chief Designer, - these are launcher control systems: "Dnepr", "Rokot", "Strela".

RPP "Khartron-PLANT" manufactures devices and "Tsiklon" launcher control systems according to the Russian - Ukrainian - Brazilian joint project. Besides the plant participates in creation of the ballistic calculator for fire control of the tank T-84.

The important point in production is the manufacture of printed circuit boards. Taking into account the customer's wish, the plant offers singlelayer and multilayer printed circuit boards with through metal coating of holes or with open contact pads.

One of the palnt workshops is equipped with high-tech machines of the famous German firm, that made it possible to manufacture the details of the most irregular shape (from the parent sheet of the size up to 1250x2500mm, up to 4 mm thick without surface damage with the edge shortening and bending angle up to 91о). We apply the metal plating of the finished details using cyanicfree electrolytes or powder polymer paint (the customer chooses the color according to the international list of colors RAL).

Due to the modernized equipment dies and press molds of any complexity can be manufactured at the plant.

Application of the electrical-discharge machines during the production gives us an opportunity to perform cutting in the plates up to 150 mm thick with getting any configuration of the edges.

Control programmes for the machines with NPU are written by our specialists using the licence software "ADEM". We successfully use the machines for applying antiwear coating "Bulat", that allows to perform the hardening of the instrument in 3-4 times, and also to produce the spare parts for any equipment, including imported one, at the level of world's standards.

The wide range of plastic production is represented by manufacture on the thermoplastic machines (the shot volume is from 0,1 to 0,5 kg). These are rubber and plastic articles, among then different things for orthopedic needs; toys, which are the copy models of cars (mechanical, inertial and electro-controlled versions). Facilities for personal defence, which passed the certification test and have hygienic certificates, raise an interest. Among them there are welder's mask, welding shield with transparent face body, sport glasses.

The plant mastered joinery as concomitant production. It includes manufacture of the professional wooden goods, package articles, and also household goods, which are very popular among the people.
