National Army Academy Hetman Petro Sahaidachny

Training of specialists in Petro Sahaidachnyi Army Academy is based on:
- conformity of the educational process organization with the normative and legal rules of the education system of Ukraine;
ensuring quality of education, matter of education and results of education;
- timely transformation of training system in accordance with the changes in military formations employment in armed conflicts;
- adoption of new teaching technologies, informatization of educational process, its practical trend;
- dynamic improving of the personnel’s professional skills;
- conformity of scientific and material resources with modern training requirements, active application of simulator equipment based on modern computer technologies, simulator modelling of combat operations;
- creation of such a system of training that could ensure obtaining of skills and abilities sufficient for highly qualified following of orders;
- formation of high moral and psychological qualities of a patriot, formation of responsibility for security and defence of a state and devotion to the mankind of Ukraine.
