1. Gear Pumps. Group G and D

These small displacement gear pumps have been designed to European standards specially. They consist of a through bolt body and two covers, and operate in hydraulic systems with pressures up to 210 bar. The use of PTFE bushings and aluminium extrusion allows to employ the pumps in hydraulic systems of traditional machinery as well as of heavy duty machines ensuring their failure free and prolonged performance. The pumps are manufactured with DIN and SAE installation dimensions.


2. Gear Pumps. Group M

Gear pumps of Group M are models handling hydraulic systems with pressures up to 250 bar. Their design accumulated advanced technologies of the world engineering - application of PTFE bushings and brass compensating plates.


3. Gear Pumps. Group A

The pumps have been designed for operation in hydraulic systems with pressures up to 210 bar. Their benefit is perfect performance under the conditions of insufficient filtration and oils of poor quality. The use of PTFE bushings prolongs service life of the bearings and rules out the possibility of their seize. Triple wear compensation of the surfaces stabilizes the flow and considerably prolongs their service life if compared with traditional pump designs. The pump ÍØ250 4 is the most powerful gear pump employed in hydraulic systems of heavy duty tractors of the Cheboksary Construction Tractors Plant.Its developed design proved to be one of the most reliable parts operating under heavy conditions of mine dressing complexes, pits and road building.


4. Gear Pumps. Group U and UF

These traditional pumps have being manufactured for more than 40 years. They showed a good performance on the machinery employing hydraulic systems with pressures between 175 and 210 bar. Optimized manufacturing technology, the use of quality construction materials highly resistant to wear allowed to prolong service life of the pumps, to increase their reliability and ensure maintainability.


5. Multiple Gear Pumps

Any combinations required by the user are available. Specifications, shaft and flange options for single and multiple pumps are identical. Pump speed is determined by the stage with the minimum shaft speed. On maximum pressure of each stage the user should consult the manufacturer.

The unit consists of a gear pump with the displacement 6,3 ccm/rev, builtin safety valve, filter and reservoir. It is a compact pumping station employed in small hydraulic drives.

Axial - piston pumps with displacement 90 ccm have being manufactured since 1980. Primarily under the license of Sauer Sundstrand, today the whole series is developed and launched independently. The motors operate in closed circuit systems. Shaft speed is directly proportional to the amount of flow. Output torque is directly proportional to a pressure drop between the pressure lines. The motors provide a possibility of modular mounting of control valves.

Variable axial piston pumps with the displacement 90 ccm have being manufactured since 1980.Primarily under the license of Sauer Sundstrand, today the whole series is developed and launched independently.
Pumps in swashplate design operate in closed circuit systems. The flow is directly proportional to the cylinder block speed and displacement varied with the swashplate positioning. The direction of fluid flow changes with a swashplate tilt to either of the opposite direction from its neutral.
The pumps allow making tandem combinations. Their modular design provides flexible combinations of controls: cover plate, hydro mechanical, pressure compensated, electromechanical controls and internal charge pumps for tandemming with gear pump.

Variable axial piston pumps in swashplate design operate in open circuit hydraulic systems of tractors and agricultural machinery. Flow is directly proportional to the cylinder block speed and displacement varied with the swashplate positioning. The control system consists of pressure and flow controls. The flow control maintains the amount of flow at the preset level irrespective of working loads and speed. The flow control limits pressure maximum in the pressure line. The design provides a possibility of tandem combinations.
