From the foundation date till the present day, the plant has been Ukraine’s largest specialized enterprise for manufacturing mobile modular buildings.

The plant in the city of Starokonstiantyniv (Khmelnytskyi region) was founded in July 1971 as an enterprise within the Ministry of Agriculture and Construction focused on the production of metal moulds, building metal structures, and modular buildings. Since Ukraine gained independence, the Company has maintained its profile to remain the only dedicated manufacturer of mobile modular structures in the country.
