The main services rendered by the company are cargo and passenger transportation. To perform cargo transportation, the Public Joint Stock Company “Motor Transport Enterprise 17445” has 28 trucks.
31 buses are available to provide passenger transportation services to order or according to the approved route network of town, suburban and inter-town routes.
Besides, there is one tractor and one lift-truck to service the truck pool. All the necessary rooms and equipment are available.
The motor transport enterprise provides customer services connected with repairs of engines, units and assemblies and automobile tire cure, performs turning and mechanical work, sells fuel and spare parts.
The motor transport enterprise has more than enough production and recreation rooms. All of them have been constructed recently and have modern architecture. The company has an attractive look. There are rooms which are not used at the moment.
There are sewage and water supply systems, electrical network and telephone communications facilities. Heating is provided by the company's own boiler plant which operates on solid fuel.

In 1996, the project of maximum permissible emissions was developed. A reconstruction of the storehouse for fuel and lubricants is in progress. Twice a month the Motor Transport Enterprise controls the CO content in the exhaust gases of its trucks and buses.
