Kharkiv National University of Construction and Architecture

Specialist preparation is carried out, in 3 directions and 13 specialties according to the qualifications levels of bachelor specialist and master:

- Design of architectural surroundings;
- Management of organizations;
- Economical cybernetics;
- Economy of undertakings;
- Finance;
- Automatization of technological processes and productions;
- Technology of building construction and mate-rials;
- Chemical productions and building materials enterprise equipment;
- Industrial and civil construction;
- Water supply and sewerage;
- Heat and gas supply and ventilation;
- Ecology, "Ecology in building".

KhSTUCA has 7 educational and laboratory blocks, 9 faculties which train different specialists. There is also a preparatory department and probation faculty. There is a modern library and reading - hall with a considerable fund of educational, special literature and about 700 copies of fiction. There is a local computer set with entering the Internet. There created the center of a distant education.

During their study the students undergo practical training at the basic Kharkov enter-prises and at the branches of the graduating departments. 95% of the graduates are as-signed to a job.

There exists post-graduate course and sci-entific council for defense doctor dissertations which train highly - qualified specialist in 27 specialties.
