"KharkovProject" Institute" limited liability company was founded in 1943, when Kharkiv was liberated from fascists.

The institute is the author of two general development plans of Kharkiv, construction of micro-districts in Saltivka and Olexiivka residential areas of Kharkiv, micro-districts near Selektsionnaya station; Rogan and Kholodnaya Gora residential areas, KhTZ district; the designer of 5 types of 9-, 12- and 16-storeyed residential buildings in Kharkov. It is also the author of general construction plans of Ukrainian cities.

According to its projects there were constructed: Sports palace, "Spartak" indoor swimming pool, Korolenko library, hotels "Kharkiv", "Kievskaya" and "Tourist"; cinema-theatres, hospital complexes, department stores and super-markets; educational establishments and schools, kindergartens, etc.
The main sphere of business: town planning, objects of residential and civil, industrial and agricultural assignment; engineering networks of communications and constructions.

The institute has essential computing base, up-to-date equipment, normative literature, library.

"KharkovProject" Institute" ltd., is a laureate of the 6-th and 7-th National contest for quality, certified under ISO-9001.

It is also an associate member of the Ukrainian Association for Quality, Engineer Association for Power-saving Technologies of Ukraine.
