SC Ukrgazvydobuvannya, Shebelynkagazvydobuvannya, Gas Industry Administration

Gas production department "Shebelinkagasvydobuvannya" is the largest concern in Ukraine, which is engaged in extraction of gas, gas condensate and oil. The Shebelinka prominent role in state gas development is determined by the greatest resources of blue fuel, high energy datum of the gas-wells and favorable geographical situation.

The life countdown of the gas field began on the 3d of May 1950, when the gas flowing blew out of the well, bored near Shebelinka village in Kharkov region. As it turned out later, the largest gas field in Ukraine (and for that time even in Europe) was discovered.

As a whole in the GPD "Shebelinkagasvydobuvannya" the modern state of engineering of the gas condensate reservoirs allows to take for about six billions cubic meters of natural gas per year that totals more than 30 per sent from the volume of national production.

Nowadays, GPD "Shebelinkagasvydobuvannya" consists of 36 gas and oil fields, the reserve of these fields comes to 1124 units situated in Kharkiv, Lugansk, Donetsk and Poltava regions. Total gas production from the gas fields has come to over 1 trillion cubic meter from the beginning of operation.

Today "Shebelinkagasvydobuvannya" consists of:
- Shebelinskyi, Yefremivskyi, Khrestyshchenskyi and Syevyerodonetskyi gas, gas condensate and oil fields;
- Shebelinskyi and Krasnogradskyi departments of overhaul and underground repair of the gas wells;
- the mobile mechanized column;
- the experimental department of manufacturing and repair of the oil-gas equipment;
- the department of special motor transport;
- the training and course center, and other structures of the main and subordinate function.

The major types of production:
- natural gas;
- gas condensate;
- oil;
- equipment for oil and gas complex: block-boxes for reagents feeding, gas cleaning filters, heating furnaces type AOGV, fire warmers, heat exchangers, hydrostatic and elliptic capacities, vacuum degassers, boring frames and well-control equipment.

The major lines of activity:
- natural gas, oil and gas condensate production;
- output of oil and gas equipment;
- current repair and overhaul of the wells;
- building and assembly jobs;
- designed works of the industrial and social projects;
- preparation of the experts in well-boring and skilled technicians in production, transportation and conversion of gas, oil and gas condensate.
