Universal burova tehnika LLC (JSC "Drogobych rock bits plant") is specialized in output of industrial equipment for oil and gas prospecting industry , namely:
- three cone gear rock bits for deep oil and gas wells drilling, mounting of blasting wells in the quarries of ores output;
- cone gear reamers for wells diameter spreading;
- drilling instrument for reactive turbo-drilling;
- rock destruction tools for coal industry, being used in development machines "Strela-77";
- calibrators with straight and spiral blades reinforced with hard-facing alloy for wells trunk calibration;
- drill bits for core getting up of drilling rocks;
- crown bits for bore-hole and wells drilling in rocks of any hardness with perforators and machines of rotary-percussion drilling;
- flanges of ? 95-230 mm ( flat and collar);
- air hammers for wells drilling of0 105 mm in medium and hard rocks and ores;
- spare parts and tools for industrial equipment for oil and gas prospecting(tube chain tongs and manual pipe tongs, elevators E3H, elevator clamps, wedge suspension brackets, dies PKRP, tongs dies, casing clamps PI-X, conveyers).
- Three cone gear rock bits for the whole wells drilling, for high speed (turbine) as well as for low speed (rotary) drilling.
Rock bits are manufactured according to demands of GOST 20692-75 and TY.Y 567.00217596.004-94.
According to place and construction of flushing and air blow canals the rock bits are produced:
with central flushing;
with central air blow;
with side (giant) flushing;
with side air blow;
with combined central and side flushing;
According to the construction of the supports rock bits are manufactured: with sealed or without sealed support, with bearings of antifriction and plain bearings.
Today JSC "Drogobych rock bits plant" is able to bring rock bits forward native and foreign Buyers as mutually beneficial production with diameters from 76 mm to 490 mm including. Cone gear rock bits are manufactured at JSC "Drogobych rock bits plant" depending upon Buyers' needs.
During the years of work the plant has played great role in the development of native oil and gas mining industries, in prospecting of natural resources of the country, having supplied more than 3 millions of pieces of various typesizes of rock bits to the Buyers.
Today JSC "Drogobych rock bits plant" is large manufacturer in Ukraine and CIS of industrial equipment for oil and gas prospecting for home and foreign market. During its development our JSC constantly perfects its output. JSC "Drogobych rock bits plant" has created new type of drilling bits with diameters 215,9... 393,7 mm of type GVU with sealed oil-filled support to improve characteristics of exploitation of cone gear rock bits applied for various rocks drilling in order to drill quicker, longer and with greater efficiency.
