The closed joint-stock company “NADEZHDA” was founded in 1994 on the base of the state enterprise “Krivy Rih Yeast Plant” and has for a long time been well-known on the market of Ukraine and neighboring countries as a producer of stable high quality baking yeast. It has twice been awarded with the prize “Golden Nicka” for technology and good quality: at the 20th International Rewarding in Frankfurt-am-Mein in 1999 and at the rewarding devoted to the beginning of the new millennium in Geneva in 2000.

During the years of the company's existence, the staff also mastered other products.

Now, the multiprofile activity of the “NADEZHDA” enterprise spreads over 10 branches, but the one producing baking yeast for bakery and spirituous production is the largest and the most important. It is equipped according to the technology of the leading European firms and is constantly improving its products using high quality ecologically clean raw materials. The company supplies yeast to the greatest part of Ukraine as well as to some regions abroad.

The Kryvy-Rih yeast is of great and intensive carrying capacity high stability, has bright state, and is an ecologically clean preservative-free product. Increasing the quality and improving its technology, the enterprise is able to offer a wide assortment of yeast and can meet any requirements.

Baking yeast is used not only in bakery. High contents of protein and vitamins make it possible to use yeast when treating anemia, during post illness and –operation states. Different yeast cosmetic masks show very good results.

The high activity baking yeast is used in compound recipe bakery, reducing the laying to 40%.

Spirituous yeast is used for production of domestic alcoholic drinks with the reduced fermentation time and acknowledged odor and taste.

Yeast bread is the most popular product in the whole world.

Bakery shops that form part of the “NADEZHDA” enterprise started working in 1996. In 1996 the company's output reached about 8 tons of bakery products per 24 hours. Modern equipment, raw materials of high quality, together with dedicated and creative work of the staff lead to very good results. The bakery from “NADEZHDA” can satisfy any requirements.

Bread made by the "NADEZHDA" enterprise is the best in the Kryviy Rih Region. Fragrant bread "Gurmazivskii" as well as different bakery products (more than 20 varieties) enjoy a great demand.

As a result of the cooperation with research enterprises, such brand-name goods as bread "Aromat" with coriander, bread with bran for people having problems with digestion and rolls "Tsilyusha" with the medical preventive herb addition which helps in removing radionuclides have appeared.

In 1996, a small beer-shop "NADEZHDA" started its work producing only wood beer “Gurmazivs‘ke” till 1999. But in July1999, the staff of the enterprise bought a decadent Kryvyi Rih beer-shop which was re-equipped within a year, and now the "NADEZHDA" enterprise offers a wide-range of vivid bottled wood beer under the trade mark “Saksagan” which has gained a high consumers' confidence. The Krivoy Rig beer can satisty any requirements:
- “Ukrainian light” which has clear taste and fragrance of a fermented malt beverage without side smells with palatable hop bitter taste and hop fragrance;
- “Ukrainian dark” with a bright expressive taste and fragrance of dark malt;
- “Gurmazivs‘ke firmove” made of selected barley malt according to traditional domestic technologies with clear malt taste and harmonious bitter taste;
- “Krivorizhske original” with a light wine taste and fragrance;
- “Che Gevara light” made according to an ancient recipe with a delicate honey taste;
- “Che Gevara dark” with increased density, malt hop taste and appreciable wine fragrance;
- “Slavonic light” with bright expressive taste and hop fragrance

“NADEZHDA” enterprise has its own malt shop. The main raw material for production of high quality beer is soft clear water, the best home varieties of barley and hop.

In 2000 the soft beverage shop started its operation under the trade mark “Saksagan” which produces aerated and non-aerated waters “Gurmazivs‘ka” and 15 sorts of aerated sweet beverages made on the modern equipment using effective deep-cleaning water filters of the famous American company “Rain Soft”.
Beverages are bottled into high quality plastic bottles with volume 1.5 l. for one time using. Due to good taste and high quality, the beverages are popular among Ukrainian consumers.

Residents of Ingulets city and Shiroka region in Dnepropetrovsk district like meat and milk products of “NADEZHDA” enterprise too.

Sausage shop productivity is 15 t per 24 hours. It was opened in 1989. It provides producing tasty goods of high quality and wide assortment. The whole staff as well as inhabitants of Krivoi Rog like sausages "Kazatska", "Inguletska", "Molochna", "Krov'yana", "Liverna" , "Dniprovs'kii", domestic leaf-lard, Hungarian leaf-lard, boiled-and-smoked pork etc. These products may be eaten not only as everyday foods but also become a good dish for your holiday table.

High labor productivity, culture of production appropriate sanitation is the most important items in subsidiary holding "NADEZHDA". 11 years of our good specialists' hard and creative work let keep more than 1000 pigs and full-calves fattenings.

An existence of such farm gives an opportunity to provide the sausage shop, employee‘s canteen and commercial network by raw materials.

Put into operation in May 2000, the cheese-making shop of "NADEZHDA" enterprise produces 6 sorts of soft and solid cheese such as “Slavutich”, “Lubitelskiy”, “Gollandskiy”, “Moldavskiy”, “Soluguni”, sour cream and butter also.

“NADEZHDA” enterprise includes also a mill, which can process 15 t of grain per 24 hours. A mill fully meets the bakery requirements in flour of high quality, it produces the feeds for maintenance of subsidiary economy gives services for people in work of grain.

Greenhouse garden of “NADEZHDA” enterprise supplies ecologically clean vegetables and fruits.

A necessity to sale these products made the “NADEZHDA” enterprise open shops and boothes for retail trade of such goods, as own special shop for certain groups of consumers (veterans and invalids). The staff of this shop attends also ill people who are unable to go shopping themselves.
Two restaurants and two bars were opened by the enterprise, are used for any holiday or family dinners, national dishes tasting.

The first category tailor's shop which also belongs to the “NADEZHDA” enterprise provides services to dwellers of Ingulets city.

The enterprise has two holiday health centers: on the coast of the Black Sea and on the bank of Kanivs‘ke water storage basin.

The joint-stock company “NADEZHDA” solve any social problems not only for its employees (they are over 900) but for dwellers of the nearest community too, old people, orphans, ill people remembering precepts which were given us by God.
