Structure of PJSC "Motordetal" comprises iron casting production, three workshops for machine treatment and auxiliary production.Iron casting workshop’s design capacity is 72000 accepted casting, area - 12000 sq.m. 12 special-purpose multi- and mono-positioning centrifugal casting machines are installed in the workshop as well as 5 casting machines in cladded chill, 6 induction furnaces of industrial frequency with capacity 10 tons each and various auxiliary facilities for cleaning and transportation.Machine treatment workshops are constructed from precast concrete with all industrial communications. Total area of machine workshop is 22000 sq.m. Design capacity of machine workshop is over 5 mln. pcs. barrels annually. Barrels are treated using special machine tools and hardening equipment of domestic and foreign manufacturers assembled in automated flow lines designed for production of barrels of specified kind.
