RESEARCH ACTIVITIES
Specific natural-climatic and socio-economic features of the Transcarpathian region have determined the main directions of scientific activity of the institution:
- development and implementation of contour-ameliorative system of agriculture and soil protection technologies for growing crops;
- development of technologies for preservation and restoration of productivity of degraded natural meadows and pastures in the mountainous zone of Transcarpathia;
- study of the laws of dynamics of the main agrochemical properties of soils and the cycle of essential trace elements and heavy metals in the soil-plant system
