COMPANY PRODUCTS:

- UNITS WITH MECHANICAL AGITATION
The units are used for conducting physico-chemical processes
Agitation device: arm mixer
Rotation speed of mixer shaft: 1.67 (1/s) (100 r.p.m.)
The units are manufactured in standard and in explosion-proof design versions with side and bottom supports.
Main parameters of the unit operation:
1) Acid medium (except for hydrofluoric and hydrofluosilicic acids and solutions of their salts of any concentration, mixtures of hydrochloric and nitric acids in the rate of 3:1, alkaline, neutral media; density of the medium no more than 1500 kg/sm3, dynamic viscosity of the medium no more than 3 Paxs;
2) working temperature depending on the medium:
acid: from -20 C to 200 C;
neutral: from -20 C to 150 C;
alkaline at pH from 14 to 11 : from -20 C to 130 C;
3) working pressure:
in the body, residual pressure - from 4 kPa to 0.6 Mpa;
in the heat exchanger - 0.6 Mpa.

- ENAMELED STEEL RESERVOIRS
The reservoirs are designed for keeping corrosive liquid with the exception of products which contain fluorine ions, mixtures of hydrochloric and nitric acids in the ratio of 3:1
They are used at a gauge pressure of 0.6 Mpa.
Operation temperature depending on medium:
acid: from -20 C to 200 C;
neutral: from -20 C to 200 C;
alkaline at pH from 14 to 11: from -20 C to 200 C.

- RESERVOIRS-ACRATOPHORS
The reservoirs are used for production of sparkling wine.
Working pressure:
in the body : 0.6 Mpa (6 kgf/cm2):
in the jacket: 0.3 Mpa (3 kgf/cm2).
Working temperature: from -20 C to -70 C.

- HORIZONTAL RESERVOIRS
The reservoirs are used for keeping corrosive liquids with the exception of products containing fluorine ions, mixtures of hydrochloric and nitric acids in the ratio of 3:1.
They are used at a gauge pressure of 0.6 Mpa.
Working temperature depending on medium:
acid: from -20 C to 200 C;
neutral: from -20 C to 400 C;
alkaline at pH from 14 to 11: from -20 C to 200 C.

- HORIZONTAL RESERVOIRS FOR WINE-MAKING
The reservoirs are used for storing and processing wine-making products.
Working pressure: 0.05 Mpa (0.5 kgf/cm2).
Working temperature: from -20 c to 70 C.

- ENAMELED DISHWARE
Tanks, dishes, gift plates, plates, herring-dishes, salad-dishes, pans, trays, butter dishes.
