The Poltava Agency for Regional Development (POLARD) works in the Poltava region as the agency of economic assistance and consulting services since 1996. The goal of POLARD is to contribute to further integration of the Poltava region into national and international economy by rendering a variety of consulting services in the field of entrepreneurship.

POLARD was chosen as a partner organization in the Poltava region for the realization of the project „Promotion of small and medium-sized enterprises in Ukraine“ within the TRANSFORM Programme (Germany) and of the European TACIS Programme.

Summary of POLARD’s services:

- Providing with information about foreign markets, producers and equipment (including used equipment) on order of customers, potential partner search with the goal of partnership
- Development and maintenance of contacts and cooperation between Ukrainian and foreign companies
- Organization of visiting trade fairs and of participation in trade shows; presentations and cooperation ties exchanges in Ukraine and abroad.
