The beginning of the creation of "Donbas" Donetsk Production and Trade Enterprise reaches far back into the history of the old Yuzivka (this is how Donetsk city was called before 1924).
On July 20, 1920, the sewing factory named after Volodarskiy was set up in one of the industrial areas of the southern part of the city.

Rich, almost century-old traditions, the factory’s state-of-the-art equipment of world-class brand names - PFAFF, DURKOPP, BROTHER, HOFFMAN, advanced technologies acquired from European manufacturer, as well as the newest materials have combined to form the basis for the today’s "Donbas" Donetsk Production and Trade Enterprise, Closed Joint Stock Company.

The company employs 940 highly qualified specialists and majors in production of men’s suits, coats, trousers, and waistcoats.

Its annual production capacity is 534 thousand wonderful pieces of high-quality and modern design clothes which enjoy invariable success not only in this country but also in foreign markets.

The technical re-equipment in pursuance of the investment project «Technical re-equipment of the textile production in the "Donbas" Donetsk Production and Trade Enterprise, which is in the priority development area of the Donetsk district, is in progress.

This will allow to build up the technical potential ensuring a solid image and stability for the company and opening the world of fashionable clothes at reasonable prices to the customers.
