Our factory produces shoes for children using glue and seam-sandal methods of fastening. The glue method of fastening is used on all kinds of shoes for children: high boots, low boots, boots, low shoes, shoes with uppers of different design. The seam-sandal method is used in sandals and shoes.

The enterprise has production capacities allowing to produce 850,000 pairs of children’s shoes per year operating in one shift.
The shoe production area is 8500 sq. m.
The total number of employees is 500 people.

The factory includes:
1. Shop for cutting and stamping with production area of 2688 sq.m.
2. Four sewing shops with production areas of 5816 sq.m.

The factory has a set of technology equipment (home and foreign production) – 470 units, including:
1. Shop for cutting and stamping – 180 unites
2. Sewing – 200 units
3. Tighten and other sewing – 90 units.

Factory auxiliary production includes:
1. Electromechanical shops with a sector in manufacture of choppers for cutting out of top and lower parts of shoes.
2. Technical chemical shop for manufacture of glues and decorating materials

The enterprise has a building site, transportation vehicles and a network of authorized shops. Besides auxiliary services, the factory has storehouses with the area of 1500 sq.m.

The company cooperates with “Carmens” Italian firm to manufacture working parts of women’s shoes using customers’ raw materials.
