Cherkasy Private Joint-Stock Company "AZOT" is one of the largest Ukrainian producers of chemicals.

The range of products includes:
- carbamide;
- commercial liquid ammonia;
- commercial aqua ammonia (Grades A and B);
- carbamide-ammonia mixture (KAC);
- ammonium sulfate;
- caprolactam liquid;
- ion-exchange resins (anionite and cation exchanger);
- liquid oxygen commercial and medical.

The enterprise produces 15% of Ukraine’s ammonia output, 24% of Carbamide and has a monopoly in Caprolactam and Electrolytic Resin production in Ukraine. Annual output of mineral fertilizers is 1.62 million tons, which makes the third part of national production.

The enterprise products are in a high demand both in Ukraine and abroad. "AZOT" has been granted a number of international product quality awards.

The Company is continuously developing. It is improving its production and marketing policy.

The strategic prospects of the Company comprise the construction of such divisions as: a shop for production of lime-ammonia nitre with production capacities of 160 000 tons annually, of granulated ammonium sulphate with humin substances added (capacity of 16 000 tons per year), of liquid carbonic acid (production capacities of 12 000 tons annually), widening product range of ion-exchange resins and starting production of new types of products. It is also planned to start production of small package for mineral fertilizers on the basis of household chemicals workshop, other workshops.
