1.General Information

"ARMA-KLAPAN" was established in 1946. Since June 1993 "ARMA" is collectively owned by its employees.
Its location in one of the main avenues of the Capital of Ukraine Kiev (Victory Avenue) gives "ARMA" an advantage of the proximity to the well-developed transport network.
At company's disposal are several warehouses for storage of raw materials, bought as items and finished products.
System of quality provision has been developed and widely carried out into practice at the enterprise. Our quality control system is being in compliance with ISO 9001 standard.
CJSC "ARMA-KLAPAN" has the licenses:
- for design and manufacture products for NPP, issued by the Administration of Nuclear Regulations of the Ministry of Environment Protection and Nuclear Safety.
-for participation in business undertakings in the sphere of Electric Power Supply.

4. Range of Products

All valve dimensions are available of the following dimensions: from DN 3mm up to DN 400 mm and pressure up to 40 MPa (400 kg/cm2).
Working media: water, vapor, natural gas, freon, oxygen, nitrogen, chlorine, ammonia, amyl, geptyl, etc.

5. Materials Used in the Production Process

Copper alloys, aluminum, carbon and stainless steels.

6. Industrial Potential

Machinery - there are 657 units of metal-cutting equipment at the factory. Among them are lathes, millers, grinding and drilling machines. Also saw bladders and plasma cutters for rods and sheets cutting.
Foundry performs die casting, investment casting, sand casting and centrifugal casting.
Stamping area ensures hot drop stamping, cold forging, arc-stator forming.
Electroplating bay could provide more than 20 technological processes among others are chrome plating, nickel plating, galvanizing, polishing, etc.
We have good Tool Maker's shop, repair and maintenance base. Heat treatment site, well equipped testing center.

7. As a result of reorganization "ARMA-KLAPAN" currently has 10700 sq.m. of free industrial premises. Consequently Council and Board of "ARMA-KLAPAN" would debate any proposals concerning:
- JV creation for nuclear products manufacturing;
- exploration of wood working shop more widely;
- JV creation for all kinds of production of foundry articles;
- storage at warehouses.

Having significant amount of metal-cutting machinery, well developed system of quality control, good testing base, free industrial grounds CJSC "ARMA-KLAPAN" would also offer its services for:
- manufacture parts and units for motor cars;
- service and sale center for motor cars;
- service and sale center for radio-electronics.
