Kyiv cable plant is the first of Ukraine enterprises in the field of cable production. It was founded in 1900 as a joint-stock company. In 1917 the plant became a state owned enterprise, and was called “Ukrcabel” (Kyiv cable plant).

Since 1900, from small shop, our plant has become one of the biggest plants in Ukraine in this branch of industry.

The enterprise supplies wires and cable with copper, aluminum conductor covered soft insulating material - polyvinylchloride or polyethylene insulation with voltage up to 1000 volts. There are:
- power cable;
- pilot cable;
- lift cable;
- indoor wires;
- dupler cable ;
- enameled wires etc.

The products of our plant have gained great popularity in the national market. Some of them were exported to more than 25-th countries of the world. Our plant has official ties with foreign firms of Italy, Germany, Poland, Czech, Slovakia, India, Austria, Hungary, Bulgaria and other countries of the world.

In September 1993 our plant was reconstructed to an Open Joint-Stock Company "UKRCABEL" We understand that our clients are our future, and therefore we are oriented towards long-term co-operation. The range of products supplied by the enterprise is expanded from year to year.
