"Belarus" Sanatorium (of the Belarus Presidential Administrative Department) is located 20 km to the west from Yalta, in a resort town.

The sanatorium occupies an area of 8 hectares. It is a historic park with subtropical flora of over 300 varieties and dry, fresh and ideally clean air filled with oxygen, phytoncides and salts.

Building #2 of the sanatorium has de-luxe suites (each of 2 or 3 rooms), cosy halls, 2 bars, a billiards room, a swimming pool, a sauna, a massage room, a gym, and other facilities. The sanatorium provides transportation to and from the beach by its shuttle-bus.

The rooms have nice furniture, kitchens, video and audio equipment, telephones, air conditioning, Jacuzzi baths, washing machines, and sets of dishes. There is a choice of 12 satellite TV channels.

The swimming pool (7x13 meters) is equipped with artificial waterfalls and hydro-massage with computer-regulated water parameters.
