"Megabank" PLC was registered by the National Bank of Ukraine on October 28, 1991. Other Information about the Bank
"Megabank" PLC is one of the first commercial banks in Kharkov and Ukraine. The bank was founded in 1989 as a Limited liability company and registered by the State Bank of the USSR on August 26, 1990 as "Dobrodiy". On October 27, 1995 the bank was renamed into "Megabank" Joint-Stock Bank and on January 2, 2002 into "Megabank" Public Limited Company.

Pursuant to the decree of the Head of the Oblast State Administration since 1999 a united system of accounting payments for consumed energy carriers and municipal services is provided by creating the United clearance center in the Kharkov region which enables:

The population - to receive a convenient unified system of payment for provided services with the aid of a unified payment bill in any banking establishment and communications enterprises; it also enables payment without filling payment documents in special automated payment receipt offices of "Megabank" PLC; it facilitates acquiring subsidies.
