Scientific and research institute of law ensuring of Innovative development

Scientific and research institute of law ensuring of Innovative development (hereinafter referred to as the Institute) was established as the part of the structure of National Academy of Law sciences of Ukraine according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from the 2-d of March 2010, № 217.
The Institute is a state scientific and research establishment with the status of artificial person. The Institute is subordinated to the Presidium of the National Academy of Law sciences of Ukraine directly. The Institute is a non-profit organization and acts in accordance to Charter.

There are 3 departments and 2 laboratories in the structure of the Institute.
1) Department of general problems of formation and realization of innovative policy
The Head of the Department - Zadyhailo Dmitry,candidate of Law sciences, assistant professor
The basic directions of the operation of the department:
- Improvement of the mechanism of the formation and realization of innovative policy of the country;
- Research of the efficiency of legal regulation of scientific and technical activity;
- Creation of the methodological grounds of the formation of the state strategy and programs of innovative development;
- Creation of the effective system of legal ways of ensuring of national innovative security;
- Research of the international and legal problems of regulation of innovations, relations in the context of entry into WTO and other international organizations.
2) Department of law ensuring of functioning of the national innovative system
The Head of the Department - Kibenko Helena,Doctor of Law sciences, professor
The basic directions of the operation of the department:
- General problems of law ensuring of functioning of the innovative system;
- Law ensuring of the creation and introduction of innovative products;
- Law ensuring of manufacture and realization of the innovative production;
- Law ensuring of the effective protection of the rights of the participants of innovative relations.
3) Department of Law ensuring of the branch innovative development
The Head of the Department - Boichuk Roman, candidate of Law sciences, assistant professor
The basic directions of the operation of the department:
Law ensuring of innovative progress of separate sectors of economy and types of manufactures, including:
Research of legal problems of innovative development of a military-industrial complex, fuel and energy complex, food complex and system of healthcare.
1) Laboratory of the problems of development of innovative society
The Head of the Laboratory - Pogribnaya Victoria, candidate of social sciences, assistant professor
The laboratory conducts researches of the problems of development and creation of innovative society, as well as the transition of national economy to innovative way of development.
2) Laboratory of the problems of Law ensuring of realization of innovative projects
The Head of the Laboratory - Davidyuk Alexander, candidate of Law sciences
The laboratory carries out scientific and legal ensuring of separate innovative projects, provides the scientific and law conclusions.
According to its Chapter, the basic directions of activity of the Institute are:
- Carrying out of fundamental and applied scientific researches in the area of innovative activity;
- Participation in the development of the concepts, projects of laws and other regulatory and legal acts concerning innovative activity;
- Carrying out of scientific and judicial expert examinations concerning innovative activity;
- Coordination of scientific works on the major problems in area of innovations;
- Training of the scientific staff.
The basic aims of the Institute are:
- Carrying out of fundamental and applied scientific researches concerning the definition and assessments of conditions of law protection of innovative products;
- Development of national innovative system;
- The analysis and generalization of world experience of legal regulation of innovative activity;
- Carrying out of legal researches and preparation of the conclusions of law expert examination concerning the problems of innovative activity according to the legislation in force of Ukraine;
- Granting of legal, consulting, information and other services concerning innovative activity and the law;
- Training of the scientific staff in area of innovative activity.
The basic directions of cooperation
The Scientific and research institute of law ensuring of Innovative development is open for cooperation with the state bodies and local self-government bodies, state establishments, enterprises and organizations. Forms of co-operation are:
1. Carrying out of scientific and law examination and ensuring of preparation of the conclusions of law expert examination on problems of application of the norms of law.
2. Creation of joint groups of authors for carrying out of research works, in particular, participation in the development of the projects of concepts, laws and other regulatory and legal acts.
3. Carrying out of expert researches of innovative projects according to the legislation in force of Ukraine.
4. Granting of legal, consulting, information and other services to enterprises, establishments, organizations and physical persons on legal problems.
5. Using of scientific and information funds of each of parties - according to the agreement.
6. Carrying out of joint conferences, seminars, "round tables ".
7. Exchange of the editions and other types of the information.
